Al Warsan is an established, affordable district in east Dubai, next to International City and a short drive from Dubai Silicon Oasis, Mirdif and Dubai International Airport. Warsan 4, where Samana Greenfield 2 is being built, sits off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, which gives fast access south to Dubai Investment Park, Dubai South and Abu Dhabi, and north to Sharjah.

Amenities

Dragon Mart, one of the largest trading and retail centres in the region, is next door in International City, and the wetlands of the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary lie just to the west. Schools, supermarkets and clinics serving International City and Silicon Oasis are within a few minutes' drive.

Transport and future growth

The Metro Blue Line, scheduled to open in September 2029, will stop at International City 1 and 2 on its way from Dubai Creek Harbour to Dubai Silicon Oasis and Academic City, bringing rail access close to Al Warsan for the first time.
