Property Management, Leasing & Sales Services in Dubai
Every service below is delivered by the same hands-on team, whether you're buying your first home or managing a portfolio across the city.
Buying Property in Dubai
Be it your first investment property or your dream home, we offer access to the full spectrum of Dubai's residential and commercial market with honest, expert advice. We take time to understand your budget, lifestyle and investment goals before shortlisting properties, so every viewing is worth your time — and every offer is backed by real market data.
For investors we model the numbers before you commit: purchase costs including the 4% Dubai Land Department transfer fee, expected rent, service charges and net yield, so you can compare a ready unit against an off-plan alternative on equal terms. For end users we focus on commute, schools and community, and we check the title deed, any outstanding service charges and the building's Mollak record before you sign a Memorandum of Understanding (Form F). We coordinate the mortgage, the No Objection Certificate from the developer and the transfer at the trustee office.
- Curated shortlists matched to your budget, location and lifestyle
- Independent, no-pressure advice on pricing and negotiation
- End-to-end support through paperwork, transfer and handover
Selling Your Dubai Property
We ensure your property receives the price it deserves — leveraging market expertise, professional marketing, and our extensive buyer network. From valuation to closing, our team manages viewings, negotiations and documentation so you can sell with confidence and minimal disruption.
We start with a valuation based on recent Dubai Land Department transactions in your building and community, not asking prices, and agree a pricing plan with you. We obtain the Form A listing agreement and Trakheesi advertising permit, list on Property Finder and Bayut, and qualify buyers before viewings so your time and your tenant's privacy are respected. Once an offer is agreed we manage the Form F contract, the developer NOC, mortgage clearance where needed and the final transfer.
- Data-backed valuations and pricing strategy
- Professional photography, listing syndication and marketing
- Access to a vetted network of qualified buyers
Leasing Services in Dubai
Finding the ideal tenant for your property in the shortest possible timeframe to ensure minimal vacancy and maximum returns. We screen applicants thoroughly, handle Ejari registration and lease documentation, and keep you informed at every step.
Pricing is set against current rents in the Dubai REST rental index and live comparable listings, so the unit lets quickly without leaving money on the table. We market it on the major portals, run viewings, check each applicant's Emirates ID, visa, employment and income, and agree cheque terms and the security deposit. We then prepare the tenancy contract, register it with Ejari, and complete a documented move-in inspection with photographs so both sides have a clear record at check-out.
- Tenant sourcing, screening and reference checks
- Lease drafting, renewals and Ejari registration
- Rent collection support and move-in coordination

Property management questions
What does a property management company in Dubai do?
A property management company runs a rental property on the owner's behalf: finding and screening tenants, registering the tenancy with Ejari, collecting rent, arranging maintenance and repairs, handling renewals and notices under RERA rules, and reporting income and costs to the owner.
How much does property management cost in Dubai?
Management fees in Dubai are usually charged as a percentage of the annual rent, with leasing charged separately when a new tenant is found. The rate depends on the property type, its location and the scope of service, so we quote a fixed fee in writing before you sign.
Do you register the tenancy contract with Ejari?
Yes. We prepare the tenancy contract, register it with Ejari and keep the registration current at each renewal. A registered Ejari is needed for the tenant's DEWA connection and visa matters, and for either party to take a case to the Rental Disputes Centre.
Can you manage my Dubai property while I live abroad?
Yes. Many of our owners live overseas. We act under a management agreement and, where needed, a power of attorney, handle everything locally and send you regular statements, so you do not need to be in Dubai to let or maintain the property.
Which areas of Dubai do you cover?
We work across Dubai. Our office is in Dubai Investment Park and we are especially active in DIP, Dubai South, Jebel Ali, Dubai Marina, Business Bay, Dubai Creek Harbour, Dubai Hills Estate and Al Jaddaf.
