50/50 plan as listed by agents and Property Finder: 50% paid during construction (from booking) and 50% on handover. Binghatti has not published a dated schedule; we confirm it with the reservation. Handover is quoted as Q4 2027 (December 2027) on listings; one agent reports about 2029, so ask us for the latest date. Launch prices by unit type are from the June 2026 launch. Amounts are worked on the price shown; the 4% Dubai Land Department fee is paid separately.

What is the Binghatti Wraith payment plan?
The Wraith payment plan is 50% during construction (including the booking payment) and 50% on completion; the booking amount is confirmed on request. The full dated instalment schedule for each unit type is shown in the payment planner on this page.
What is the Binghatti Wraith price list?
Current published prices for Wraith are: studio AED 799,999; 1 bedroom AED 1,299,999; 2 bedroom AED 2,099,999; 3 bedroom Royal Suite AED 3,499,999. Prices and availability change with each release, so ask us for the latest price list before you reserve.
When is Binghatti Wraith handover?
Binghatti expects to complete Wraith in Q4 2027. Off-plan completion dates can move, and the sale and purchase agreement sets out what happens if they do.
Can I see the Binghatti Wraith floor plans?
Yes. Studios start from about 341 sq ft. Use the enquiry form on this page and we will send the floor plans for each unit type, along with current availability.
What fees do I pay when buying Wraith off-plan?
On top of the price you pay the Dubai Land Department registration fee of 4%, usually at booking, plus an Oqood registration fee. Your payments go into the project's regulated escrow account.
What are the service charges at Wraith?
Service charges are set once the building is handed over and its budget is approved through RERA's Mollak system, so the developer can only give an estimate before then. Ask us for the current estimate, and see our guide to Dubai service charges.
