Al Jaddaf runs along the western bank of Dubai Creek between Dubai Healthcare City and Business Bay. Once a dhow-building yard, it is now one of the most central places in Dubai to buy a new apartment: around six minutes from Downtown Dubai and a short drive from Dubai International Airport.

Transport

Al Jaddaf already has two Metro Green Line stations, Al Jadaf and Creek. Creek station will become the interchange for the new Metro Blue Line, due in September 2029, giving direct trains to Dubai Creek Harbour, Festival City and International City. Landmarks and amenities

The district includes Culture Village and the Mohammed Bin Rashid Library on the Creek, the DEWA headquarters building, and a cluster of hotels and Creek-side promenades. Dubai Healthcare City, Wafi and Dubai Festival City are next door, so day-to-day amenities are close at hand even before every tower is finished.
