Samana Downtown One payment plan
Developer plan: 1% a month for 80 months (75 on the non-PDC plan), with 5% in months 6 and 12. The PDC split of 59% by handover and 41% after is as published. Amounts use the starting price; the 4% Dubai Land Department fee is paid separately.
Samana Downtown One price list & cost to book
On the PDC plan you pay 10% to book, two 5% instalments in months 6 and 12, then 1% a month. Around 41% of the price falls after handover, so rent from the unit can cover much of it.
Prefer not to issue post-dated cheques? The non-PDC plan starts at 15% down with 75 monthly payments instead of 80.

What fees do I pay when buying Downtown One off-plan?
