What is the Montiva by Vida price list?
Current published prices for Montiva are: 1 bedroom AED 1,916,888; 2 bedroom AED 2,815,888. Prices and availability change with each release, so ask us for the latest price list before you reserve.
When is Montiva by Vida handover?
Emaar expects to complete Montiva in September 2029. Off-plan completion dates can move, and the sale and purchase agreement sets out what happens if they do.
Can I see the Montiva by Vida floor plans?
Yes. One-bedroom homes range from about 755 to 893 sq ft. Use the enquiry form on this page and we will send the floor plans for each unit type, along with current availability.
What fees do I pay when buying Montiva off-plan?
On top of the price you pay the Dubai Land Department registration fee of 4%, usually at booking, plus an Oqood registration fee. Your payments go into the project's regulated escrow account.
What are the service charges at Montiva?
