What is the Emaar Valia price list?
Current published prices for Valia are: 1 bedroom AED 1,960,000; 2 bedroom AED 3,060,000; 3 bedroom AED 4,110,000; 4 bedroom AED 6,470,000. Prices and availability change with each release, so ask us for the latest price list before you reserve.
When is Emaar Valia handover?
Emaar expects to complete Valia in Q3 2030. Off-plan completion dates can move, and the sale and purchase agreement sets out what happens if they do.
Can I see the Emaar Valia floor plans?

What fees do I pay when buying Valia off-plan?
On top of the price you pay the Dubai Land Department registration fee of 4%, usually at booking, plus an Oqood registration fee. Your payments go into the project's regulated escrow account.
What are the service charges at Valia?
