Dubai Creek Harbour is Emaar's waterfront master community on the eastern bank of Dubai Creek, next to the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, where flamingos gather through the cooler months. It is about ten minutes' drive from both Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport, with views back across the Creek to the Downtown skyline and Burj Khalifa.

Creek Beach, the marina and the Creek Tower site

Creek Beach gives the community its own swimming beach and a plaza lined with restaurants, and Creek Marina has berths and a waterfront promenade. At the centre is the site reserved for Dubai Creek Tower, around which Emaar is building the district's tallest residential towers.

Dubai Metro Blue Line

The biggest change coming is transport. The RTA's Metro Blue Line, scheduled to open on 9 September 2029, will run from the Creek interchange in Al Jaddaf through Dubai Festival City to a signature station at Dubai Creek Harbour designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, then on to Ras Al Khor, International City and Dubai Silicon Oasis. Emaar's current releases range from the 53-storey Valia tower and Vida-branded Montiva to Aeon and Valo at Creek Beach, which complete first, in 2027 and early 2028. One-bedroom homes start from about AED 1.81 million.
