What is the Emaar Valo payment plan?

What is the Emaar Valo price list?
Current published prices for Valo are: 2 bedroom AED 2,900,888; 3 bedroom AED 4,342,888. Prices and availability change with each release, so ask us for the latest price list before you reserve.
When is Emaar Valo handover?
Emaar expects to complete Valo in January 2028. Off-plan completion dates can move, and the sale and purchase agreement sets out what happens if they do.
Can I see the Emaar Valo floor plans?
Yes. Two-bedroom homes are around 1,186 sq ft. Use the enquiry form on this page and we will send the floor plans for each unit type, along with current availability.
What fees do I pay when buying Valo off-plan?
On top of the price you pay the Dubai Land Department registration fee of 4%, usually at booking, plus an Oqood registration fee. Your payments go into the project's regulated escrow account.
What are the service charges at Valo?
Service charges are set once the building is handed over and its budget is approved through RERA's Mollak system, so the developer can only give an estimate before then. Ask us for the current estimate, and see our guide to Dubai service charges.
